Christmas STEM Challenges


Hugo opened our advent calendar this morning and it revealed that we would be spending the morning completing Christmas STEM Challenges.

Our first challenge-

All the groups working together to plan their trees. We are judging for strength, height and the ability to hold decorations.













Judging Time -











Congratulations to Leah, Connor, Maya, AJ and Leon for taking out first place and receiving $1000 Banqer dollars each.

Challenge two -

Check out or beautiful trees. They put Miss Perry's tree to shame. 




Hugo, Kara, Simone and Micah took out first place with their creative decorations!!








Challenge Three- 








Congratulations Ella, Arthur, Zak and Rosa for their detailed reindeer! $1000 Banqer dollars for your win! 



And finally Challenge Four - 





















Congratulations to Georgia, Franziska, Van and Jack whose group made the safest parachute for Santa! 

We hope you enjoyed looking at all our learning we did this morning, we sure had lots of fun in Navigators Two!

  1. I thought that it was very fun and i enjoyed it. The hardest parts were creating the xmas tree because the newspaper wasn't strong and building the reindeer because we could only use certain materials.
